OMG. I'm like so curious abt what I witness in China- The decolourisation of the blue black starch and iodine solution to brown solution.
So click on the link and go page 56. However, it doesn't talk abt like what chemicls prevent the starch and iodine from reacting. Oh well....It helps me to jian fei.
